Pre Birthday ride to Pinlac Falls at Infanta, Quezon.

It’s been quite a while now since I last wrote an article and now I’m getting an uncontrollable urge to write one. I can't think of any better topic to write about. Except for my motorcycle ride to Pinlac Falls in Infanta, Quezon on the day before my birthday, July 25th. My friend and I have decided to go by way of the famous winding roads of the Marilaque Highway.

I made sure that we didn't miss the opportunity to drop by Kalye HidalgoThis bistro that had opened their doors to the public about three months ago, serves good coffee. Not only is the food delicious and affordable, you also get to dine and enjoy a panoramic view of Rizal province. It’s no wonder Kalye Hidalgo is fast becoming a favorite to travelers along Marilaque. You can't miss the place as it is right across the Sierra Madre Mountain Resort.    #Kalye Hidalgo     #Dine with a view

After an hour, we decided to continue with our journey to Pinlac Falls. Other than a quick stop for pictures at the Sta. Maria part of Marilaque Highway, the rest of the ride was smooth and uneventful. All thanks to the cool weather and cloudy skies.

Pinlac Falls was a sight to behold. After paying the 30 pesos entrance fee, you get to swim at the falls which consist of three pools. We were not able to get the price for renting the picnic tables but the rent for the cottages is 500 pesos.

A quarter past 12:00 noon, we took off and headed back to Quezon City. No more stops till we parted ways at the flyover of Aurora Blvd. and Katipunan Ave. at around 2:30 PM. Definitely, there will be more rides to come after this one.

Special thanks to Nitro Shots PH & Basketbolistang Explorista PH for the spectacular photos. It sure made my pre-birthday ride complete.     #Nitro Shots PH         #Basketbolistang Explorista
